姫乃たま｜Himeno Tama Japan
1993年、東京都生まれ。
10年間の地下アイドル活動を経て、2019年にメジャーデビュー。
同年4月に地下アイドルの看板を下ろし、現在は文筆業を中心にラジオ出演や音楽活動をしている。
2015年、現役地下アイドルとして地下アイドルの生態をまとめた『潜行～地下アイドルの人に言えない生活』（サイゾー社）を出版。著書に『職業としての地下アイドル』（朝日新聞出版）『周縁漫画界 漫画の世界で生きる14人のインタビュー集』（KADOKAWA）など。
音楽活動では作詞と歌唱を手がけており、主な音楽作品に『パノラマ街道まっしぐら』『僕とジョルジュ』などがある。
